ALL NON SCHEDULED TRACK PRACTICES WILL BE AT THE TRACK NOT MY HOUSE!!!!! Well my mom said it was at Mrs. Whittens house so we go there and no one is there. So Ninah, Ellen, and me are playing with her dog molly (who has some problems, but we don't need to go there) And finnally my mom and Mrs. Edwards decide oh it at the track. So we get there a half an hour late. well were just supposed to run around, but Ellen can't run with us cuz were to embarrasing or something. I mean so what if were running up and down the slides we're still technically running around!!!! Then while were stretching Mrs. Whitten makes this big annoucement that all of the non scheduled practices will be at the track unless there's a big notice that says they aren't and we were sitting there cracking up it was funny stuff hehehe!!!
Ninah is so mean jk. Anyways I was climbing a tree and on my way down I stopped on one branch, and ninah started hanging on that branch. IT BROKE OFF THE BRANCH I WAS STANDING ONE. So I liked grabbed onto these branches on either side of me and I didn't fall down but my arms got all scraped up. It was very sad!!!!
Wowzers I didn't tan at all!!!!!!!!:( It was sooooooooooooo funny I went "swimming" at the Blackwoods. Well Charity and me were actually tanning, and we covered ourselfs with vegetable oil. It was funny stuff hehehe. I gots frostburn charity. Open close. Their kittens are soooooooooooooo cute. I want the blonde one with big blue eyes that one is adorable!!!!!!!!

MEAN MEAN MEAN!!! Hannah attacked Charity and me with water just cuz we wouldn't tell her who thought Isaac was cute. Then she locked Charity in the bathroom and my mom slid a towel soaked with ammonia under the door. I would of tried to save her except Hannah was guarding the door and she was armed with a water bottle, and had this evil glint in her eye!!! The finally they let Charity out and we went outside cuz the hallway reeked of ammonia, and Hannah locked us outside. Forcing us to go through the garage door. Which by the way was blocked by a bike and the light switch was over on the other side so we had to climb over the bike in pitch black. And are garage isn't the cleanist garage in the world so there was a bunch of stuff in the way. Then Rebekah threw Charity's shoes out back so we had to go get them it was mean stuff i'm telling you!!!
Oh yeah my mom accidentally walked into somebody elses apartment!!! She went in the wrong building and opened the door at the same place Daniel's apartment is and she walked in and 2 people were sitting on the couch. And they just stared at my mom so my mom is like oops sorry wrong apartment. and they just stared at her and didn't say anything and my mom left!!!!
Well I'm back from MARYland!!!!! IT was fun!!!! Hannah was really paranoid she thought every trucker was staring at us!!!!!!! I gots a new sweater its black and says FBI on it then Rebekah got one that says CIA, and Hannah got a pink tie died shirt that says FBI!!! OH yeah and Rebekah bought post cards from a drunk guy!!! We went to the holocaust museum, chinatown, lincoln memorial, World war 2 memorial, and boating on some lake!!! Then we went to dinner at Ruby Tuesdays, and it took us a while to get are food cuz they had a cat on the roof!!!
Well Charity I decided to entertain you!!!!!! I'm here on my brothers laptop and i really really don't like the keyboard but this is ok!!!! so we got here at like 1:30 In the morning funners and I wasn't tired at all for some odd unknow reason!!! but anyways we went to church and then we went to lunch at the Merkels. They have really really loud scadias!!!!!! Anyways this little 8 year old Susanna loved me. I played games and did puzzles with her all day it was fun!!!! wowzers!!! We're supposed to leave for MARYland today, but we're not leaving till like 3 cuz Rebekah has some training thing at the zoo. This morning a got up and my mom took me to go watch Nadia, while her and Carrianne went to drop her car off at some fixing place. I didn't really do anything though except sit around and read Lotr, cuz she was sleeping. And i'm almost done with the Fellowship. This time on Wednesday i'll be like done with the entire book cuz joy I have a nice 10 hour car ride ahead of me. Then Ellen, Bob (or Ninah) and me went running!!! Once we were done we took Nadia and my dog and played with her on the Playground. Nadia enjoyed the slide but not the tunnel so much, we kind of had to push her through. We were talking about what Sergie would say if he saw us taking her down the slide but Carrianne didn't care so thats good.

Well i'm smart (sarcasm) see I told my sister i knew how to pop popcorn on the stove, so I could make carmel popcorn. Well I thought i knew how to do it cuz i watched a friends mom do it. Maybe a wasn't as observant as I thought watching her, or maybe the fact that it was about a year and a half ago didn't make me realize I had to put vegetable oil in the bottom of the pan. Well the kernels kinda burned but it didn't pop, and so I didn't want my sis to find out that i didn't actually know how to pop it. So I decided to put the burnt kernels in a bag. Being the smart person i am i tried putting them in a plastic bag and the kernels melted the bag and fell all over are floor. So I swept them up and threw them away. You gotta love the internet cuz i found how to actually pop popcorn on the stove and my sis can't make fun of me now hahaha.
lalalalalalalalala I'm home alone and a bit to hyper. I think i had to much sugar plus I wrapped presents for my brother and wrapping presents always makes me a bit hyperish!!!!!!! Ok My sister brought home this fruit tea stuff from England and it smelled really good, so I decided to try some. Well i kinda forgot i was making it and left the tea bag in for 30 min when the directions said 3-5. so yeah it was a bit strong then i decided to add some sugar and i added like a half a cup BIG mistake!!!! Well i drunk the whole thing then i made a bunch of coffee and drunk all of that and i'm like lalalalala. Well this is just some stuff that happened to me today so its not random!!!!!!!!
OK everyone in on painting the White House orange, here is the plan. OK first we are going to have to buy a lot of paintball guns, Paintbrushes, shovels, dogs, and orange paint. Then we'll need to know about how long its going to take us, so we need to practice on peoples houses. If anyone has any neighbors they want to get rid of let me know and we'll go practice are painting on their house. Then we'll need to go to Washington D.C. and find some place to start digging a tunnel up to the White House. Then we are going to have to mess with their sprinkles, and change the water supply with orange paint. Once we get that done we'll set some dogs loose to distract the secret service dudes (since no one is willing to do that) Then we'll go in with paintbrushs and paintball guns and get the parts on the house the sprinklers missed!!!! Any changes anyone wants to make???
The one day all my neighbors turn off the sprinklers, is the one day i want to run through them while i'm running. I look lovely my legs a burnt and my face is all red and dripping sweat!!!!!!!!! And i've had to much water so now i have really bad cramps!!!!!! ugh I need to complain to all my neighbors or something!!!!!!!

We got her this joke book so she can have more jokes to tell Mrs. Elder a prettiful rose, chocolate and this other book i forget the title of!!!!!!!!! It's soooooooooooo prettiful. Charity, Grace, Maria, Ellen, and me went to see Lotr rotk. And all through the movie Grace kept telling me how everyone in the movie needed makeovers or plastic surgery. My brother's graduating soon well actually i think he already has he's coming home today but i don't know since he's not going to his graduation, but anyways my mom is making this tape for him of like all his birthdays and that kind of stuff so she's like recording stuff from one tape to the other or something i don't really get it. And last night she put it in, it was a black screen and it had all the sounds from the tape on it plus us talking through it!!!
YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ellen and me went running at Craig Park and we got there early enough (cuz thankfully i didn't have ochestra) That there weren't a bunch of people mowing the lawn or a bunch of annoying school kids out there screaming!!!!! the 5th graders are the worst!!! And then we sort of got into a water fight and I stupidly unscrewed the cap off my water bottle and dumped all my water on Ellen so I didn't have anything to drink all the way home and i was really really thirsty!!!!

The Passion
Exodus 20:4-6 instructs us to not make idols to WORSHIP! It does not say to never make a graven image. If that is the way we interpreted it we would be like the Amish and not allow pictures of humans (the amish base this belief and practice off of this passage).
I do not understand how the Passion would be breaking this. As my roomates dad observed can anyone truly go before God with their mind free of images (there are some sects of Christianity whose goal is this). I don't think we truly can. God has given us a small image of himself through creation. Psalm 19 discusses creation showing the glory of God (part of his image??) to us.
Also if you believe that the Passion is wrong do you believe Passion plays are wrong? Also sunday school programs in my church often act out Bible stories (sometimes including an actor portraying Christ). In order to be consistent this also would be wrong.
Also I am getting a little tired of Christians atacking other people who claim to be Christians simply because they are of another denomination. What evidence has Mel ever given that he is not a Christian? He has been married to the same women his whole life. He has raised a family. Then he felt the Lord leading him to share his faith with the world. There are things he says that sounds as though he might not have the same understanding of salvation that we do. However, my roomates dad has discussed the Catholic faith in depth with his boss and there are many things that are very similar to our way of thinking but they say it differently so it doesn't appear to be! Lets be careful in judging Catholics because there are Catholics who Christ has truly redeemed!
If you study the Catholic church they have a great regard for the suffering of Christ. He felt that this story needed to be told because so often we sanitize Christ's death (Christ died was buried and raised on the third day). We don't truly appreciate what Christ did instead we have a sanitized view. Some say that we can't see his total suffering because we don't know what it would be like to have Christ's back turned against us. I would say true...However that was not mel's goal in the movie!
Also lets look at passages in their original context (the only proper way to use scripture because otherwise we could make it say whatever we wanted). When Jesus said "Blessed are those who believe though they have not seen" he was talking to Thomas about doubting his resurection. Christ was telling Judas that those who believed without having to put their fingers in His hand were blessed. Look it up in John 20: 24-29. This is not saying blessed are those who believe in Christ without seeing his suffering.
1Cor. 13 discusses the way we see dimly as in a mirror (more accurately shiny metal) but then we shall see face to face. No view that we have as Christ is going to be complete until that day when we see him face to face. Until then we will only see a part.
Is it wrong to not see the movie? No! If it is your conviction that it is wrong DON'T SEE IT! But lets not attack Gibson for creating this movie. It is quite possible that he is our brother in Christ. Let us remember that the Bible discuss the Mark of the Christian being the love they show for each other (wonderful short book to read if you have time - more like a pamphlet- is The Mark of the Christian by Francis Schaffer (sp?) I read it for a class this semester and it challenged me). Lets remember to follow the commandments that Christ makes clear!
I am proud of you guys for discussing this (as iron sharpens iron). Don't stop being willing to discuss and learn from people with differing opinions! It is very helpful! But guys whenever ANYONE uses scripture look at the context it is in and make sure they are using it correctly. I can use scripture to prove whatever I want but that does not mean it is what the Bible says! Be a Berean and search the scriptures for yourself!

I was in the kitchen peeling an orange for myself and my brother and dad were talking, then I scraped myself really hard with my fingernails (don't ask me how) So i'm say owe really loud as a reaction. They both stop talking and stare at me and i'm just like heh heh sorry.
OK Charity got it wrong on what happened Saturday night this is what really happened.
See earlier Charity and me getting cookies 'n' cream ice cream and we were digging through the container to find the biggest oreos. And there was a whole oreo and Charity like the evil person she is took it for herself. So later on we were talking (and i'm sworn to secrecy about what) and my mom said we were being to loud so we had to go downstairs Isaac came down but he went back up like 2 minutes later. So we have a bed down in are basement and Charity was trying to get on that but hannah and me were already on there so we wouldn't let her. And then she jumps on and like 10 seconds later she fell off HANNAH SOOOOOOO DID NOT KICK HER OFF I WAS IN BETWEEN THEM!!!!!!!!! Then I decide NOT HANNAH ME to smear chocolate and peanut butter on Charity's face!!!!! (and that was cuz Charity said I was going to marry the worst person imaginable to marry but i'm sworn to secrecy on that) Later on Hannah smeared icing in Charity's hair so Charity cuz she couldn't really get any on Hannah smeared some all over my hair. And then i got her with the icing!!! But then i helped her try and smear stuff on Hannah. SO YOU SEE I WAS JUSTIFIED!!!!!!!!!!!
Hannah and me made a carrot cake. I only really grated the carrots though cuz hannah can't do it herself cuz its to boring, but i did a good job of grating the carrots if i do say so myself and it only took me 40 min. NOT an hour like some people said it would HANNAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I am Mare's guest blogger today...How is everyone? Well I am finished with school for the year and it is summer. Sorry to all you little children still working your hearts out...hehehe...just kidding. Well mare and I made a carrot cake this morning it was really good! I think this blog needs a little bit of controversy so we are going to discuss the campaign of Mtich Daniels for governor. Who is the better candidate, eric Miller or Mitch Daniels? My personal opinion is they are both wonderful men but I support Mitch Daniels. I do not see Mr. Miller as an executive officer instead I believe his talents lay in lobbying for state law. Mitch Daniels has worked in the executive government (with President Bush) and seems to understand what it takes. Some attack Mr. Daniels on his christian ethics (homosexual relationships). If you truly listen to what he has to say (instead of what the news media reports him saying) (little fact the news media cannot report what everyone believes...there is simply not enough time) you will find he has conservative views on what should be considered a marriage. Mr. Miller did visit my campus earlier this semester and used our chapel (in the opinion of the student body) as a place to campaign. We went to worship God and learn more about serving him. Instead we attended what amounted to a political rally and an effort to get students to change their registration to Indiana and sign petitions to get Mr. Miller on the ballot. Well those are some of my feelings on the campaign. I know you guys can't vote but learn about the political process and stay educated! (even though mary doesn't enjoy politics) Get involved! Learn! you can make a difference in politics today. Have a wonderful day everyone...mare and I are off to another game of Hand and Foot.
